Sharon’s journey began as a looked-after child, but in her mid-teenage years, she found the strength to turn her life around. By tapping into her inner cheerleader and motivator, she changed the course of her life, driven by an unwavering optimism and growth mindset. These qualities have guided her every step of the way, from her successful TV career to building her own business and achieving personal milestones like becoming a football referee and tennis coach.

A Career Shaped by Passion and Expertise

With an extensive career spanning script development, TV production, and coaching, Sharon has worked on some of the most iconic TV shows, including EastEnders, Code 404, and Doctor Who. Her impressive portfolio also includes collaborations with industry giants like Channel 4, BBC Drama, Apple TV+, Disney+, and MTV Paramount. Sharon has been instrumental in shaping groundbreaking stories, nurturing creative talent, and mentoring professionals across various industries.
But her expertise doesn’t stop there. As a certified coach with Master NLP and Sports Master NLP qualifications, alongside an ILM Coaching and Mentoring certificate, Sharon has the knowledge and tools to support you on your journey to success, whether in your personal or professional life.
